Mental Health Services & Fees

I provide both in-person and virtual telehealth appointments. Sessions are 53 minutes and occur either weekly or every other week.

I currently accept CareOregon OHP (Medicaid) and cash-pay clients. 

Cash-Pay Rates 

  • Initial Assessment: $175 

  • Individual Session: $150

Please note: I work in accordance with the requirements of the No Surprise Act and provide Good Faith Estimates for all clients who do not use insurance. 

Location

In-person sessions will take place at my office at 6529 NE Sandy Blvd in Portland’s Roseway neighborhood. Please note that my office is not ADA accessible and requires climbing a flight of stairs for entry. 

All virtual telehealth clients must be in the state of Oregon during scheduled sessions.

Clinical Supervision

I am a Board of License Social Workers credentialed clinical supervisor in Oregon offering in-person and virtual supervision. All clients of supervisees must be in the state of Oregon while receiving services.

In my clinical supervision relationships, I support supervisees in developing their confidence and skills as a therapist. I emphasize collaboration and focus on self-care and boundaries as well as exploring transference/countertransference in the therapeutic and supervisory relationships. All work is relational and I love to learn with supervisees about what inspires them.
